The crash i feel is very soon. Like the smack down from the MtGox sell off. (but at the beginning, instead of the end of the bull cycle)
The rest of it, well, the ETF has to be allowed, probably next year early, then we have to get used to it, then watch as it fails. I don't know how long that takes. It could be 6 months or a 2 years.
