We live in a sea of energy. You might say 6/7ths of our bodies are fed with this energy. And yes, people have stopped eating and continued living.

The current "Science" community ignores this energy, ignores the aether, ignores 6/7ths of the world.

Things do not have to balance. Not in the way Newton stated. Take the steam engine, the simple act of turning water into steam creates tons of pressure with very little work in. If we continued improving the steam engine, we probably wouldn't use anything else now. It is a force multiplier. And yes, it has been hypothesized that you could make a continuous steam engine that powered itself. (over unity)
