Humanity needs to learn to negotiate.
Right now, most people try to get the best in a negotiation... meaning they want to make the deal better for them and worse for the other person.

We need to thoroughly comprehend win-win scenarios, and negotiate towards a win-win solution, at minimum. Then we should thoroughly enforce contracts.

In this case, Ukraine should have been heavily punished when they started shelling their own citizens in the Donbass, when they had signed in agreement saying they would not.

And then, when the Cocain Import Agency held a color revolution, we should have destroyed the CIA. We either believe in free and fair elections all the time, or never.
