It is worse than that.

Asking a woman out now is life threateningly dangerous.
Not all women, but enough to make anyone think twice, and a third time before approaching.
The good men have just stopped approaching ("We have got the message")

So, what is left is two classes of people.
The Chads that have always had easy access to women. Women just throw themselves at them.
The Narcissists. Who think they are god's give to mankind, and will do and say anything to get you into bed (or wherever)

This leaves women not having any experience with normal men.
The normal men have no experience asking out women.
So, the lady, who has to have maximum shields up to deter the narcissists, blast the nice guy right out of the water. Well, the nice guy won't be doing that for a while... if ever again.

The world is doomed!
No, really.

There is no reason left for a good man to marry a woman.
Unless you consider going to jail on her word a reason.

He doesn't get the kids, he doesn't get the house.
He does get her debt. He does get her cruelty.
And he is not guaranteed sex, not even on the wedding night.

And so, as you said, unattached men do not have any reason to protect the community.
And lonely young men, with no future prospects are the most dangerous creatures on the planet.

The only people that promiscuity helps are the Chads and the Narcissists. And so, why is it being pushed so much? (as you alluded to, there is a group out there destroying families)

The average (80%) men are walking away.
Soon women won't find any plumbers or electricians, let alone a date.
