Well, we know the boomers are moving out of houses.
The demographic crash IS happening.
When dealing with housing, do not bet against demographics.

The rest is easy to see happening... but it might not.

I do know that food is going to become scarce. We were already short on wheat last year, and this year, many people aren't even bothering to plant their fields. (no rain in those areas, while other areas are drowning.)
