IQ is a measure of problem solving ability.

at 70 IQ just living becomes a difficult problem to solve.
Like asking you to do calculus in your head.

If you were talking about a person with average IQ, 100, then what you bring into this discussion makes some sense. But, when you get two standard deviations below, all you are doing is throwing up smoke. None of this other stuff applies.
