• I have loads and loads of anecdotal evidence. From me and many other people. You can read about it in the Vedas. Or you can talk to the Dalai Lama, or those who witnessed his coming back ceremony. Imagine a 5 year old kid, continuing a conversation with a person that they were discussing before the old Dalai Lama died.

• It is hard to discuss this because we do not have words for it yet. Say we have an election for "President of building 'this' road" They will be in charge of building 'this' road. Their office starts at election, and ends when the road is done. It is too big of scope, and effects several "Families", so an election is an appropriate tool in that cae.

There is naturally a leader of a group. But, this doesn't scale well. Like today, we have a president that only represents half of the nation (if that). The other half's voice is ignored. If we are this divided then we should have three presidents (conservative, safety/big daddy and freedom). But then we need to work out win-win negotiation. And not this drag out fight (or show) to constrain the other party.
