Marx's actual works doesn't talk about central banks, it is more a treatise about how capitalism fails the people. Then goes on to sound the war drums for class warfare.

And yes, since we have a central bank, we really do not have capitalism.

What we have is the oligarchy who owns the govern-cements and the corporations.
So, it doesn't matter which is on top, govern-cements or corporations.
