I knew this was all bogus when they tried to classify cryptos as one way for taxes, and another for transactions.
And why hasn't the SEC gone after the COMEX and JP Morgan over silver? They have been handed a smoking gun... and nothing.
Further, they haven't helped any investors to my knowledge.
Always closing the barn doors when the barn is on fire.
Opening the doors after all the cows escaped.
My bet is that bitcoin lasts longer than SEC.
