If everything else stayed the same, i would agree with you.
But i see everything else that supported prices dying too.
With this, i see a 90% correction on suburban houses, especially in blue states.
Too many people say that San Fran is a horrifying place today.
Pretty soon, you won't be able to sell houses in that city.
Businesses cannot live with that much crime.
No businesses, no home sales.
It might become so bad that no one respects property rights.
The mid west has a lot of good opportunities, but you may have to move there with a bunch of your friends and build a community.
Overseas may be a good opportunity, as the dollar isn't lost yet, and still looks like the best turd in the punch bowl. If you can pay cash, might be the best plan.
