But let us start first with other things that you cannot see.
The Fae (who look like Tolkien Elves) inhabit earth too. You might say they live in another dimension... but what we do in our world affects their world. We chop down a forest, the forest disappears (probably withers and dies) in their world.

There are places like Shambala where there is an entire city of more enlightened humans, and normal humans just walk around it never seeing it.

And then you have different people actually experiencing different realities, while witnessing the same event.

Soooo, back to God.

This is, the universe, an aspect of God getting to know himself/herself/itself.
So, we as spiritual beings, decided to create this universe.
Part of ourselves are in the collective whole, while part of ourselves focussed themselves into this universe
and then the same for our galaxy and our world.

We are simultaneously outside and inside this "reality"
Part of us is also who/what displays this reality to ourselves.

And yes, there are people who can shift to other timelines or change / manifest things into their now.

Also, the visible light spectrum is very unique.... it really does not belong on a continuous spectrum of EM that scientists today like to put it. But, it will take at least one paradigm shift of science before scientists pull their heads out of their asses on this one.
