I don't have any good plan. I know i am a nice guy with very little game (i can talk and make wimminz feel comfortable, but i do not progress to the bedroom, do not close the deal)

So, as a nice guy, i need to plan my approach.
Baby-mama comes to the farm:

1. she's a honey trap, and there's three guys off hiding in the weeds
2. Offer her a sack of beans for her male child.
3. Give her a hoe and tell her to plant her own garden.

But yeah, not getting traction at all without some one in her community building me up.

Basically, i can't even by good wood for your project with the money you could get the whole thing from Ikea. Or, even if i am a good friend, i can't beat Ikea's price.
And so, the average person believes it will cost a bit more than Ikea for custom cabinetry. Maybe has high as 2x. Not knowing that that amount won't even get the project started.
