I believe that this is the beginning of end for the entire housing market.
As in, there will be NO housing market after this.

• The baby boomers leaving to retirement homes or pushing daisies (the largest generation gone)
• The VAXXXed pushing daisies in the millions
• Mortgages becoming impossible to get as banks close
• Interest rates going higher
