I expect The US suburban housing market to collapse, fall over, and burn to the ground.
I expect a 10% vacancy rate of single family homes, in suburbs, by the end of this winter.
Or basically, if you want a house, find an empty one and move in.
The boomers and the VAXXXed will be moving out of their homes (one way or another)
Interest rates will continue to be raised.
Good paying jobs will continue to decrease.
... and then the shenanigans with the banks and "your" money.
This is just the beginning of the abandonment of suburban life.
