I do not agree, as each of these "investments" are already past their expiration date.
There are going to be so many empty houses that if you want one, find one and move in.
This comes from a lot of die offs. Boomers and VAXXXed.
And the prepper business... well, if you have food to sell, you might want to look at keeping it for yourself. You would barely get the business off the ground before you ran into supply problems, and soon after the food riots... where you painted a bullseye on yourself.
Looking forward one step, these are good ideas. But if you look two steps forward, then you see these are really bad.
