The sad thing here is that you can't easily sell out and leave.
No one wants to purchase a used-to-be thriving business in a self-destructing area.

All that work, and then surviving through the covaids... to get to the other end ... even worse.

I am surprised that CVS in San Fran is not a concrete block building with a bullet proof glass help-window and a stainless steal shelf that slides out the product after it being paid for.
