Well, any spec builders in that waiting queue will thank their lucky stars.
With the recent rise in interest rates, many people are cancelling their home purchases.
On top of that, we are about to see mortgage companies fail like never before.
A mortgage may become a thing of the past.
Further, we are about to see huge vacancies in houses.
From boomers leaving for retirement homes to people shucking their meat suits because of the VAXXX, we will find that getting a house is as easy as finding an empty one and moving in.
And the San Diego building department sucks.
New kids out of college that have to be told that the thing stapled to the front of the plans is the thing they are looking for (the reason that the plans weren't approved...)
And laws making you upgrade the street (so the city doesn't have to), etc...
I hate that place.
