I hate those things!

Think you can just stop a purse snatcher with your better than average speed/super power... but no. You have to fill out all those forms, stand in line for hours, wait for their inevitable bungled response in snail mail...

I thought Sheena was smarter than this... but, maybe she is smarter, and she knows Tarzan, or maybe she has gone insane after eating the deadly Kiwi...
