Well, unfortunately, you totally failed!!!1111!11 :-p

This sword position has its basis in the hand holding firm the tip of the blade. (on the blunt side)
Else the forward arm is just in a bad position.

However, it is a cool looking pose, but without the tip in its correct place, it just looks hokey as f**k to any who know Ken-Do. But, how many out there know that?

Also, the shoulder of the forward facing arm does not protrude out that much in this pose.
It is tense, but it is also elongated. Not bunched up like it would be if the hand-arm was higher up.
