You cannot have a live and let live attitude when:

• there is a group of people that want you dead
• there is a group of people that want humanity to be diminished.
• there is a group of people that want you to stay poor.
• there is a group of people that want you to stay in survival mode.

When you realize that there is a group of people that are, in no mistaken terms, evil, then you can not have a live and let live attitude.
