You would just cannibalize the other wheels and parts, and continue on. That is, if you didn't have replacement parts. And who wouldn't have replacement parts at the beginning of the war that they started? So, this convoy is there for later, or a target.

People who are inside of Ukraine, who are not part of the propaganda, are saying that Russia is getting closer each day.

Further, it looks like Russia has completed 90% of its land objective.

If you do not realize, Russia attacked Ukraine when Ukraine moved a large part of it army east. To the Ukraine-independent zones, Donetsk and Luhansk. Ukraine SS has been harassing these autonomous regions for 10 years, shelling their cities and shooting people.
And Russia looks like they have completely surrounded the Ukraine forces that moved into the east.
Now, Russia is just wearing them down. To capture them intact.
