Further, there is so much disproof of this experiment and its findings.

Different areas on the planet have different gravities.
Measurably different, as in leading at least one scientists to believe there are micro-black holes inside the earth's crust.

Another thing is, if gravity really did attract by mass, then you would create a large chunk of concrete, and you would just stick paper to it. No tape, no tacks, no staples. This doesn't happen.

Electricity and air pressure are all that we actually measure.
We do not find any "gravity" associated with mass.
