So, the Russians have been seriously avoiding destruction in civilian areas.
And a missile falls right smack in front of a camera, in a residential area.
Highly suspicious.

The Russians have complete control of the skies.
If they wanted to, they could destroy all the water/electric/internet.
So why does Kiev still have its lights on?
Why are the trains and specific roads still usable?

This is most likely because Russia does not want to destroy Ukraine or hurt its people.
(Unlike Ukraine who have been shelling the Russian population in Ukraine for the past decade)
They seem to be after the political class, and capturing, intact, the military.

Unlike what the media keeps spinning, the Russians aren't getting bogged down by resistance, they are instead pulling back when they meet resistance, and then encircling them and capturing them.
