The problem is we need to define sides in this conflict.

It is T.H.E.Y., the elite, the Mantids, that force that wants complete, total control / communism world wide
vs
The awakened/Aware population

T.H.E.Y. want complete control.
T.H.E.Y. are undermining reproduction on many, many fronts. (like the VAXXX)
T.H.E.Y. want a small population of very easily mind manipulated people.

So, what you are describing is just one vector T.H.E.Y. are using.

Have you noticed that most of the big industry in The US is owned by foreign conglomerates?
And if you go to other countries, their big industry is owned by another foreign conglomerate?

Like you said, this gives a huge layer of defence in saying... it was those people over there.
It becomes easy to pass the buck.
