We have a system that has no feedback mechanism. Sorta by design
The supreme court takes up cases of laws vs the constitution, and holds themselves as supreme deciders on this. But they were never given this power, nor do they go after a law directly as they should.
So, we are left without any redress.
The state of Texas was not allowed to due another state in the supreme court over a constitutional violation.
An independent person was not allowed to sue the state over a constitutional violation
(because neither held standing and jurisdiction)
Thus, we have a piece of paper, that is supposed to be the supreme law
but it is in name only.
I really hope they come out with something that shows clear complicity of voting machine tampering.
Anything less is not even worth mentioning.
But, how do we the people state, we want a fair and open, and auditable voting system, or else?
And what is "or else"?
RE: Audits, audits, audits OH MY. Are you excited for the audits?
