In my opinion, it all came down to Dan.

His other projects got off the ground because of other people pulling the heavy weight.
While Dan seemed to be in on every sleezy piece.
Not sure if he is good at being in the wrong place at the wrong time, or actually a bad apple.

But, i have never seen him run a group well, or build a collective well.

He sells the wrong things to the wrong people.
(like, i will create a new, better blog thingy on this other platform...)

And after the kerflufle with STEEM and Mr. Tron, he has really shot his image.

I wouldn't touch EOS with a 10 foot pole, even if it was the best platform for my application.
