bathrooms are such a pain, especially for the homeless community.
Since they are places designed to be private, the end up being the places people shoot heroin, have sex, rape...
And cleaning them... the best designs are solid stainless steel and power wash hoses.
So, i can easily understand how no one would want to even talk about them.
They are a nightmare, physically and politically.

But such said, they are needed or you will have huge disease outbreaks.
And, putting in a septic tank will probably cost the entire $20,000.
And the bathroom will probably cost $20,000 in itself.
