It's a waste of transistors. It's a waste of chip realestate.
It's a lot of time wasted, that will be circumvented by new words almost the instant it comes out.

The only reason someone would spend this much money on something that is shtupid, on the surface of it, is they have a gun to their head, or they are being paid a lot of money, or they are part of the borg collective.

Any one of these is not good.
