NFTs as Deeds is only a better deed cataloguing system.

And, this system has been almost nothing but abused for its entire history.

Sure, it would be nice to have all the plots digitized.
In a database that is easily searched.

However, the real world is not that simple.
The entirety of the world is not neatly parcelled. Nor, can it be.
Humans are not neatly classified, though many above-govern-cement agencies are trying their best to digitally identify each human.

So, we can have nothing but a flawed system... at best.

Now, to make such a system work, you need to have a lot of pieces codified into the system for what humans actually do.

Land is not someone's forever. We are the keepers of the land for only a short time.
If we divided up all the land to the current humans, what about all the children that would be born? What do they get?

And, if someone is abusing the land, what is the appropriate way of stopping them?

Further, we have a messed up system that only really exists in a city.
Countries are defined by these borders... but really, the country is more a collection of its cities.
And most of the area that countries now claim should be claimed by no one.
So, if you do not like the country you are born in, you can leave.

And this way of filling up the whole map is where our biggest problem of deeds comes from.
