This isn't a function of govern-cement per-say, it is actually a function of narcissists and psychopaths getting in charge. Well, it can also be normal people who fear losing control; who let the fear overcome their thinking.

So, with our pyramidal structures of business and govern-cement, it attracts all the narcissists and psychopaths to the top. And the number one driver of these people is control. Control at any cost.

It doesn't have to be this way, but many things of our current paradigm come together to make it so.
