Should losers be allowed to vote?

Because losers usually attract losers... or shysters.

But then we would have to ban midtards too...

I guess this will probably end with no one being allowed to vote...
Would that be better than our current system where the vote doesn't matter?

And, the list of people who can't be criticized keeps getting longer and longer.
