deep-state is not an accurate word.

deep-state is usually used to describe the unelected bureaucracy that infests govern-cement.
The permanent part of the govern-cement.

What we are dealing with is a group of people behind the JFK "assassination, WW I, WW II, 9-11...
They want control (power) and destruction.

And the best way to do that is to get one group angry at another group.
Then publicize it. (these people own all the major media corps)

And then, when the time is right, they make sure both sides have weapons.

All the soy-boys need to do is carry the weapon in front of the TV cameras.
And if they can't carry an AR-15, then they will be given a sub-machine gun.
The soy-boys are cannon fodder, TV news props, warm bodies

Take this for instance.

There was a riot in Southern California in a town called La Mesa.
Now, nothing happens in La Mesa. No gangs. No disgruntled people. Has street fairs several times a year.

So, what the rioters did was break the windows of several small businesses. Stole flowers. Posted on instagram. ... AND! they burnt down two banks.

Now, these banks were modern, steel frame buildings with huge, open, empty lobbies. There was nothing to burn. There was no fuel for a fire to continue. Even piling all the furniture into a broken heap wouldn't have made a good bonfire. Sooooo, how did these banks burn down? Some professionals obviously helped. Someone brought in enough incendiaries to burn these buildings down.

Like the piles of bricks everywhere. Like the "broken" gate in front of the gated community.
