Have you seen the books "The E-Myth" ?

Yep, being an entrepreneur is just weird... its not opposite of a 9-5 employee, its like inside-out & upside-down of an employee. (our language system does not have an appropriate axis to plot these on)

Wanting money is also a really poor motivation for starting a business.
Sure, it works when you are hungry. But that is more, better termed hustling.
But $s does not motivate you for long while the real business gets hard.

Like you said, "I'm going to be an entrepreneur" is, on its surface, a false statement.
What is a real statement is that "i am going to bake a bunch of pasties and i am going to sell them to this crowd/group/set of customers."

But what do you do in the Communist States of America?
Where hiring someone is almost verboten.

Do you just build an almost completely automated factory?
Or only make a niche product and contract out anything that is not easily doable in house?

I wonder if i could get together a group of men, and we can all marry each other (its legal now)
and then have a "family" business.

Regulations just kill everything.

BUT! I could go 60 miles south, and hire any i wanted for just about anything.
Just have to grease the palms of the local policia.. but i am very bad at that.
