Neither.

The age of empires is over.
There will be no rise of China.
There will be no rise of India or any other eastern nation.

We will soon see the destruction of country-states.

The US will balkanize.
China will fall apart.

The big cities will be death traps
organized around death cults.

There will be large mobs of socialists roaming aimlessly around looking for anything to eat.
They will be called the lost generation.

The corporations will try to take over. They are a big reason the country-states will fail.
But their days will be numbered. They are not in integrity, and will destroy themselves.
