I find this entire story quite bad tasting.
From all of the propaganda laced into this, its hard to say what really happened.

The report found that women in the US military were more likely to be raped by fellow soldiers than they were to be killed in combat.

Women are kept out of front line assaults.
So, of course women in the military have a VERY LOW death in combat number.
Why would you compare anything to that, almost non-existent number?

I have heard many, many stories of women in the military using their sex to get all kinds of things.
Other stories of EVERY woman on a ship becoming pregnant.
When on leave, the women in the platoon offers everyone to run a train on her at the motel.

I have heard MANY, MANY stories of men having their military careers ended by false allegations.
The career is ended, they are dishonerably discharged, and all on her word. (even when it is proven false)

Many is the soldier who has taken there life after they return from deployment to find their wives have slept with everyone else in the barracks, divorced them, run them through the cleaners, taken everything, and made sure they will never see their children again.

Soooooo, all she had to do was raise her voice, and the entire platoon would have been brought up on charges.
Further, women do not usually commit suicide after being raped. (men do... A LOT)

This story smells fishy.

It smells very much of propaganda. More Me2 allegations. More men to be destroyed without ever having a chance to defend themselves, or even meeting their accuser.

This story has all the attributes of a made up movie, and none of the hallmarks of what actually happens.

BUT! if it did happen as stated, i am very sorry for this woman. May she RIP.
