OH, i am sure i can automate that.

But, i really feel that that part of govern-cement should be terminated.
Its really more counterproductive than any would want to admit.

So, the best way, is to give this task to block-bot.
Its just a block... it sits there... it harms no one (unless they walk by and stub their toe)
