(almost) Everyone says we need regulations
but when you actually look at any regulations/regulators all you see is shtupid midwits.
Its a hoop you have to jump through... and its usually meaningless.

Further it stops innovation and wastes people's time. The people who are actually doing something with their time!

And doesn't even stop the thing they say they are supposed to stop.

Nothing like having a college grad check your blueprints. No experience, doesn't know what they are looking at, couldn't see a glaring error if it jumped out and bit them, and these people are supposed to be there to make your house safer.
