If we just control the powers of the state the correct way, everything would be peaceful and everyone will be well.

If we just control the powers of violence and murder the correct way, everything would be peaceful (because any deviation from being peaceful will be squashed) and everyone will be well... in their padded rubber rooms.

The very root of the problem is that people are asking the entity, the state, that is least empathic, to care.
It is incapable of caring. Even if we got rid of the psychopaths that run the thing.

The best the state can do is punish those who commit a capital offense. Capital punishment is what they are about. So, remove the people who have committed the worst crimes imaginable from society.
(But this can also be done by making sure everyone has a gun. Soon, the most violent will either be very polite or very dead)

The root of our problems is also the state.

It is an entity designed, created, owned by the wealthy (of which Billy Gates is barely in the top 100)
And it was created to maintain their power.

So, the property ownership laws are geared to them keeping what they have, and everyone else losing what they have.

It is more appropriate to say,
When a person becomes of age of the majority, he should be given land and water whereby he can grow his own food and build his own abode.
To deny this to a person is to deny them access to life.

That we push a person out into the world and say, Go forth and make more money than all that have come before you so that you can purchase a piece of property to call your own, is insane.
The least able, should be give the most difficult task? (More difficult than your father, much more difficult than your grandfather...)

In other words we deny up and coming young people the bare minimum to start living.
