This is a serious problem...

On one hand we have people who need shelter and the things with which to make a life.
These should not be denied to them.

On the other hand you have a society that has been built up for hundreds of years, and having homeless around destroys everything they have built up. You work very hard to create a business. You work harder to pay the rent every month. You pick up needles and shit from your door step each morning to continue the illusion that you are a welcoming business.

Soooo, what do you do? Get the cops to protect the business and land owners?
Or do you get the cops to protect the homeless which will destroy what's left of the society?

And the actual problem is NEVER discussed.

Along with the Fed and the IRS being formed, bankruptcies also increased.

You see, with a fractional reserve lending system you have winners and losers.
The losers are those who do not run fast enough on the treadmill of life.
And the fractional reserve lending turns up the speed faster and faster.

As the Queen said to Alice, "It takes all the running you can do just to stay in place"

So, the slowest people ALWAYS get thrown into bankruptcy. (there isn't enough money to pay all the mortgages)

Add this to our "ownership" laws and we deny people a place to exist.
A thousand laws keep people from producing and selling. To make a living is denied those who are too slow.
