Pretty soon having cash WILL BE a crime.
But i don't know if that is before or after black markets become normal.

Civil asset forfeiture goes against everything that is the basis of our legal system.
Having to prove a negative.
Being denied very important property for years.
Guilty until proven innocent.

This really frosts my cookies.

And is one of the reasons i support defunding the police. (because there isn't much way to stop this without just rebuilding.)
There are also reasons i am against defunding the police.
