The biggest problem here is i deal with a bunch of narcissist and sociopaths.

And they always have an ulterior motive.
So, of course, in their eyes, you do too... unless they see you as a shtupid shit that can't read the writing that's written on the wall.

Now, for "normal" society, we have things we say and responses to those things pretty much all worked out. Thus, if you get off the script, then everything you say will try to be pigeon-holed into former, understood boxes.

A new experience is truly rare.
Most people do not know how to handle it.

Take it from a person who's life is outside of everyone's norm, you have to work with people's preconceived notions. You can only bend them a little. And most people won't believe you.
