Since we are the 5th advanced group of humans on this planet, i can say that humans always rebuild.

Technology really isn't that complicated.

Take plumbing. To a person who knows nothing, looking at a water heater and solar water heating system the pipes just go everywhere and bend all around all over everything.

But anyone who knows the basics of plumbing can easily recognize what each pipe is for and where it goes.

And it only takes a smart person a little while to learn the whole of plumbing.
Its the same with most any manufacturing process.

They are all really simple.
Even computer chips.
It is only a matter of manufacturing skill repeated a million times that we get to modern extremely complex chips.

Science and magic exists as two separate systems because some shtupid scientists separated physics from metaphysics long ago.

They are really the same thing, and it is just our misunderstanding of the basics that we can't see this.

And yes, i mean misunderstanding of the basics.

Take the scientific method:
Observe, form hypothesis, test...

But observation changes the outcome. The scientist doing an observation needs to include emotions that were felt during the observation as well as planetary alignments as well as expectations as well as the results of each experiment.

Leaving out any of these gives you a false set of data.
And so, things seem to happen because of magic.
