This is not going to be an easy reply to write.
We lack a lot of shared words/meanings. In fact, many of these concepts don't even have words yet.

Why haven't they found a cure for cancer?

1. The cancer research institutions encourage finding treatments.
2. If someone continues looking for a cure, they are encouraged to go back on the "right" path
3. If they still continue, funding is cut.
4. If they develop a cure, they are discredited.
5. If they try to practice such cures in The US they will commit suicide.

So, lets talk about misinformation.

In this little real world example, most research doctors have no clue that a cure has been found, or even that a cure could exist. Already two vectors that completely distort the information gathering.

The organizations that are looked up to as the collection of the best and the brightest are actively suppressing real information. Discouraging anyone who starts looking, and rubbing out anyone who goes to far. Again, "information collection" is kept in a small box where the truth cannot be found.

This means that almost all intelligence gathering will come up with inaccurate data and almost all conclusions will be based on a paradigm that isn't true.

So, how do you collect information from a group of people who are lied to by their own govern-cement?
How do you collect information from a group of people that have been lied to about science?
Especially when you, the intelligence collector is part of that group of people?

Where most of the institutions that are supposed to collect this information to stop the baddies, are themselves fronts for the baddies.

Lastly, we have to talk about fate.
Some things happen because they are meant to happen.
And stopping one aspect, will just mean it appears somewhere else.

A person who is asking the universe to die...
So, you have a psychic, that says "you will be hit by a bus tomorrow".

What do you do? Staying at home could mean the bus plows through your living room.
Walking to work, so many busses...

However, any real psychic will say you are attracting a death.
And try to get the person to be higher in vibration, to change the emotions out of the lowest level.
Because, this person with a very low emotion is attracting a death.

There are all kinds of deaths all around.
You have heard of people missing death by a millimetre.
And also of people dying in a one in a million freak accident.
I am here to tell you, its not one in a million, it is a one in one chance when you are looking for a death.

And so, to relate to information gathering, if it is meant to happen, the data that could be used to stop it is just not there. It could be on the page, written in bold letters, and NO ONE sees it until after it happens.
Literally everyone involved in looking at that data misses it.
