These are important parameters, however, we don't yet have a paradigm to apply them with.

If we were a planet full of adults then anarchy and/or communism would work.
But we are not.

I like Anarcho-capitalism for the people it attracts... they are mostly self-governing adults who know how to make a living.

But there is like 90% of people who still want govern-cement to be the daddy (or the mommy)

The pyramid scheme, one elected president, and the he is our leader works on a small scale, because we can all see the leader and what he does. However, it doesn't work for anything larger than a small town. Larger and most people don't know what he is doing, nor all the inefficiencies he is creating.

So, in the future, i suggest we
Elect a leader for a task.
We want a road
We elect a road builder leader.
And his term is until completion of the road.
Then the entire structure is gone, removed, wiped clean.

We demand that laws, ALL OF THEM are to be placed into one book, no bigger than the bible, and written so that 90% of the people can understand them.

Anything more than that and we have to have specialists to be able to follow the law. Not good.

Anyway, we will need to find a method of eliminating the non-adults from voting.
Probably with a complete change in things like voting.

One dollar - one vote. Along with each dollar of tax (or maybe donation) you vote for which govern-cement institutions get your money. If a bureau doesn't get a certain amount of money, it is closed swiftly.

One good person - one vote. On matters of law, people with criminal records are omitted and 90% of people have to vote for a law. If 90% of the good people won't vote for it, then not enough people mean to follow it.
