You can cover it up with neat statues and stuff... but its still a swamp.

And, you really need to learn who you are fighting.
covert networks won't aid the person fighting for good.
It is a method employed by the dark, the evil.

All of the movies show us how the dark and the evil fight.
I can't remember a movie that really shows how that light fights.
