So, a petition never gets to the people in office without someone going into the politi-roaches place and putting it on their desk.
And nothing will truly get done unless that person has more people, with guns, ready to string up the politi-roaches if it doesn't happen.

Govern-cement needs to change.
Their should be an office of overwatch, and if they get a petition with a significant % signatures on it, it should be presented to congress where they are to do something about it. If nothing is done in a certain amount of time, all of the bureaucrats are removed from office as if they had all been recalled.
