The Internet 2.0 has morphed into a server-client system.
The entire thing is designed to send messages one way and information the other.

It gets pretty rough trying to do client-client protocols. In fact, it is just easier to roll your own server and make client-server-client application.

Sooooo.... what would a InterConnects (web 3.0) peer-peer protocol look like?

How can we do URL lookup without ICANN type thing?
