This is the future.

Almost no cars.

Have a car so you can go to work to pay for your house...
paradigm is dying.

We will soon live in tight little communities, much like tribes of ole (probably will be called families) and these will be dotted across the map.

Giant cities will cease to exist
Unfortunately, the corner store will cease to exist.
Movie theaters will cease to exist
Malls will cease to exist.

But, children getting the best environment that can be obtained will happen. Where there is more than one parent who is helping raise the children. Where a stressed single parent is not left alone to struggle.

Of course this means we have to learn to live with a group of people quite intimately.

Very different times ahead.
