The move to HIVE was never a consensus thing.
It was a group that decided to leave, and then invite other people to leave with them.
So your argument does not hold much validity.
The excluded accounts were done to preserve the integrity of the new platform. If they did not do that, then you could see the same thing happen again. So, why leave in the first place?
And what you ask is now very difficult and requires a hard fork.
