I am not sure i agree with your alpha and beta definitions, but they are words that are muddied all to hell, and taken from wolves... which humans are not...

Anyway, as Jordon Peterson has oft said, a weak man is not nice.
You have to be a strong man, capable of violence, and choose not to be violent.

And, the corollary, when a weak man suddenly finds power, they often go on a path of getting vengeance. They become a petty tyrant. And so we see often on the interwebs, where the geeks rule.
